JOB TITLE: Client Services
Specialist
STARTING PAY RATE:
Starting pay range is $10 - $12 per hour, depending on your
experience.
POSITION PAY RATE:
$12 - $16 PER HOUR
PROBATIONARY PERIOD:
After a 90 day probationary period, your manager will give
you a performance review in which you are eligible for a
raise.
BENEFITS:
We currently offer medical benefits but we may not offer
these for too much longer, we are currently offering Aflac
to employees after a short period of employment. No dental,
vision or other benefits are offered here.

ABOUT US:
We are a legal services company. Our main business is
process serving and court services, such as research and
filings. We also offer other services like stakeouts and
criminal background research, Bank Levies and Wage
Garnishments.
REQUIREMENTS:
* You must have some legal experience, if you have legal
services, process serving or court runner experience, even
better.
* We need you to be proficient with Microsoft Windows,
Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK)
* You will need to be able to type at least 45 WPM.
* Customer service skills are vital, we need you to be able
to deal with very difficult clients with a smile. You need
to possess the ability to take criticism and irate clients.
* You need to be a team player, we have no room for office
drama.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for someone who posses the drive to sit at a
desk and work, entering data all day long, this person needs
to be able to work with Windows and Outlook continuously
throughout the day.
This person will need to learn how to use a new ProServe, an
industry software. You will be constantly taking new
directions and changing priorities, this is a fast paced,
bustling business and can be stressful at times. Clients are
our number one priority, you will be working directly with
the clients and our contractors.
We are in the legal field, quality matters A LOT! We can be
being sued for a small typo. We are looking for a no non
sense person, we do not want office drama, we want a person
willing to take directions and work in a team environment,
this is a MUST!!!!
We will check all references, personal and business.
Your duties will be the following but not limited to
entering client work orders, invoicing, entering various
data, making calls, answering calls, quoting clients,
entering independent contractor data, organizing deliveries,
working with the operations team to get service requests
done, identify high priorities, change priorities based on
client needs.
You will be reporting directly to the president. You will be
dealing directly with clients, which include other companies
like ours, the general public, business owners, and
attorney's and their staff. We have been in business for
over 9 years, incorporated this year and are working on
growing exponentially. We want to build a good team of
employees to rely on while this occurs. We prefer to promote
from within so your growth within the company is only
reliant on the market and your own skills and willingness to
perform.

-Hours are: Start 8 am, Lunch: 12:45 PM - 1:45 PM, End 5:00
PM
-Location is 880 Brokaw Rd, very close to the 880 freeway.
(location will be changed within 3 years to the East Bay
Area.
-Desk location will be a Mid - Large size cubicle
-We currently have Medical benefits (offered after 90 days
evaluation/probationary period) but will most likely not
offer them in the future. So do not expect medical benefits.
-No dental benefits
-We might offer Aflac benefits in the future.

The agreement our company will make prior to employment
will be that all notary work completed by you for the
company will be free of charge to the company, this will
be considered part of your job/position.
This will part of your job duties here at work. We will
supply your equipment when it needs to be replaced or
purchased, as in your notary book, updated stamps, any
necessary education, etc... All notaries done for our
company will be handled in a separate book than your
personal notaries you complete and or course can charge
for.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The position that we are looking to fill is being held by
someone who is leaving shortly. The current employee who is
filling this position will be training you, training will be
completed within 45 days.
You will be responsible for handling all of our out of state
clients. These clients will include
affiliates,
law firms, various businesses and in pro
pers. You will be responsible for receiving
deliveries (courier, e-mail, fax, mail, etc...) from these
clients, entering in the service requests, tracking the
progress of each service request, closing out each service
request with both invoicing and Affidavit/Proof of Service
creation/signage and, if needed, notary.
Your
responsibilities are also,
but not limited to, other
office tasks such as sending
statements, filings, computer file maintenance, making
calls, answering calls, quoting clients, entering
independent contractor data, organizing deliveries, working
with the operations team to get service requests done,
identify high priorities, changing priorities based on
client needs, reporting directly to the President, or any
other task your manager needs assistance with or assigns to
you.
