(E-SOP) - Aboingo Services is one of the first companies
capable of Electronically Filing (E-Filing) and receiving documents
electronically for Service of Process (SOP). Click here to see how it

Courier (Pick-up/Drop Off) -
Give us a deadline and a location, we will be there.
File Transfer (FTP) - Via
the internet and our computer servers you can upload or download large
electronic documents that many e-mail systems are not able to handle.

Notice Posting
$90.00 - Routine
Service, we will post it the same day or next day, Considered received the
next day if after noon, local time.
$125.00 - RUSH
Service, we will post the documents the same day received if received
before noon. If received after noon, there will be an additional
$25.00 charge for posting the documents on the same day.
Summons and Complaint Service

Routine Service (includes 5 attempts within 13 days, if unable to serve, we
will stop services so you can obtain an (Order Granting Service of Summons
by Posting, commonly known as an OTP)

Routine Service
Guarantees that we will attempt the serve at least within the first five
days of receiving the serve, and at least 3 attempts per week or seven day
period.
RUSH Service Guarantees
that we will attempt the serve within 24 hours, if received before 1pm (PDT
/ PST). We will make at least five attempts per week or seven day
period. You MUST call ahead for details. If received after 1pm additional
charges may apply, these charges are based on the time received and the
area that service is required.
SAME DAY Service Guarantees
that we will attempt the serve on the same day received if received before
1pm (PDT / PST). You MUST call ahead for details.
Advancing Fees: Aboingo
Services will be glad to advance any necessary fees, whether it is for a
service of process, court filing or any other service. We charge a
10% fee for advancing fees.
NOTE: If faxing,
e-mailing, or E-Filing/E-SOP, a SAME DAY or RUSH Service, we require that
you call us once the documents have been sent to us. Please read the
following section; Various
Situation.
Unlawful Detainers
$75.00 -
Routine - Our standard service of $75.00 will get you 5 attempts within a 10
day period. This is enough attempts to satisfy a judge for an OTP (Order to
Post).
$90.00 - Routine (UNLIMITED ATTEMPTS, within
reason) This service will get you unlimited attempts within reason. 5 - 12
attempts typically. After a month of attempting to serve we would need to
try other methods for serving like a stakeout.
$30.00 - RUSH Services (this is added to
ROUTINE Charges) Both services mentioned above are also available as a RUSH.
A RUSH is an additional $30.00 but it speeds up the attempts, instead of 5
attempts taking approx 10 days, it occurs in 6-7 days. Instead of the 5-12
attempts over a month you will get 5 attempts per week, so 12 would take
about 16 - 18 days.
We are versed in UD law and service more than any other company in the San
Francisco Bay area, we are one of the only Insured Legal Services companies
in the area. We are also the ONLY company in the area that locally covers
all surrounding SF Bay area counties at one price with our of staff and team
of servers, we do not out source your work like our competitors. Give us try

Various Situations
WRONG ADDRESSES, NOT FOUNDS, BAD
ADDRESSES, EVADING SERVICE, DECEASED, MOVED, CANCELLED, ETC...
No Discounts. ONLY for volume
based clients. Full charges still apply unless it is a Bad Address or
Cancelled Service with no attempts.

Bad Addresses/Cancelled -
If an attempt was made, full charges will be applied. If we simply
cannot find the address on a map we will only charge $5.00 for the process
of receiving the work order. We check at least 3 different map
sources before determining this.

Evading Service -
If we determine that the subject is evading service or the subject's
associates are assisting the subject to evade service we reserve the right
to immediately stop service and ask for a stakeout, new address, or new
means of contacting the subject. These may constitute additional
charges, please call us for a more detailed explanation. We may
also continue service if we feel we can actually serve the subject.
MULTIPLE PERSON AT SAME
ADDRESS
Discounts given ONLY for Small Claims
(Plaintiff Claims) service of process or any document we can substitute
serve at the same time, on the first attempt.
The actual discount is 50% of the first service, 3rd
service is 50% of the first service and so on in the same fashion for 4th,
5th, etc...
MULTIPLE ADDRESSES PER
PERSON
We will usually attempt the business
address first unless our client tells us otherwise. Discounts given
ONLY for volume based clients. Two addresses, two charges. Even
if one is a business and one is a residential. Please tell us if we
are to try them simultaneously or in series.

Simultaneously: We
will attempt to serve the person at each address designated, which means we
will not eliminate an address before moving on to the next address.
If attempting to serve the subject in this fashion, the serve will most
likely be completed faster but there is a possibility of being charged for
each address we attempt at. You can always tell us which address to
attempt first, see the Series
section.

Series:
The serve will be attempted at the designated address of your choice
first. If no address is designated we will try the business address
first, or the first one listed. If served, great! If there are
any problems with the current address we will go on to the next address
given.
MISSING INFORMATION
If we do not make an attempt, there
will be a $5.00 charge for the process of receiving the work order. If
we attempt a given address and there is a piece of missing information,
like an apartment number, "address verified", and/or "back
unit/in-law unit" the serve will be considered "Not Found"
or "closed out". If the missing information is given to us
later it will be considered a separate serve and new charges will
apply.

Single Database Skip Tracing, We use the foremost and the heaviest
used data provider in the county.

Postal Searches - The best ways to confirm if an individual receives mail
at a particular address, There is usually a 2 week turn around time
for this to be completed.

If you want your results faster we can rush the above mentioned
services. Call for details, we may be limited by the post
office, which is out of our control.

is $9.95 for EACH document to be filed and $1.00 per page.

E-Filing - This is only a service charge. Routine,

Routine Service
Guarantees that we will attempt to file the documents within the first five
business days of receiving the documents. These are often completed
the next day but this is not guaranteed. If you want a guarantee that it
will be filed the next day or the same day please use RUSH SERVICES or SAME
DAY SERVICES.
RUSH Service Guarantees
that we will attempt to file the documents by the time the court closes on
the following business day. You MUST call ahead for details.

the same day received. Usually we have a 1pm deadline. You MUST call

Fax and File SAME DAY
Only certain courts allow this service. We also charge for any and
all court fees posted to our Fax Filing Account.
Advancing Fees: Aboingo
Services will be glad to advance any necessary fees, whether it is for a
service of process, court filing or any other service. We chare a 10%
fee for advancing fees.
NOTE: If faxing,
e-mailing, or E-Filing/E-SOP, a SAME DAY or RUSH Service, we require that

require us to go back for a follow up filing or to pick up the documents at
a later time this constitutes an additional charges. Please call for

Stakeouts

Per Hour - Routine (This does not include the costs of Process Serving)
Note: Two hour
minimum, even if the Service of Process is completed immediately.
Five minutes past an hour will be rounded up to an hour. Four minutes past
an hour will be rounded down. We will need a window of
time that we are to stakeout a given location. A description of the
subject, vehicle descriptions, license plate numbers, known appointments,
work hours, schedules and frequent company is always helpful. Also
if the server cannot wait in his/her vehicle it’s $100.00 - $150.00 per
hour. Also, if the stakeout starts before 6am or ends after 10 pm,
it’s an additional $25.00 per hour for those times ONLY.

FULL Writ Services -
You provide us with the necessary documents to create a levy or garnishment
package and we will create the needed documents to open a levy with the
Sheriff. We will file the documents with the Sheriff, prepare the
documents to be served, serve the business or financial institution with
the documents, generate a proof of service, and file this with the
Sheriff. If at one point there are mistakes made by the requesting
party we will charge 1/3 2/3, or full charges, please call for
details.

Filing the Proof of Service
Please Note
Initial Filings - We
can file up to three cases for one charge, every three cases constitutes a
new charge. This is only on the
initial filings, not for the proof of service filings.
Service of Process -
This is calculated per address. If more than one address needs to be attempted,
a new charge will be added per address.
Filing the Proof of
Service - This is calculated per trip to the court
house. If only one trip is needed then there is only one
charge. Even with multiple Proofs of Services we can usually file all
of these with a single trip to the court house.
Notary
Services
$10.00 -
Per Signature
$90.00 -
Per Hour for traveling services, this is from the time the notary leaves to
the time the notary come back.
Various Services
and Charges
$0.20 -
In Office Copy Charges, if the service requires more than 30.00 pages to be
printed
$4.00 or 10%, which ever
is higher - Charges for any fees that are advanced on
behalf of the client.
Other Notes:
Any bounced check will be subject to a $25.00 fee in
addition to the original charges. this includes checks that do not
have fund available at the time of deposit and eventually get
deposited. Credit Card transactions that get charged back will be
subject to a $25.00 fee in addition to the original charges.
Any
service requests entered into our software system will be subject to a
minimum $15.00 clerical charge. This is to cover our time for
cancelled service requests. This does not include the costs of
printing faxes, e-mails, copies, etc... It also does not include the
use of supplies like paper, exhibit tabs and other items. Research
time may not be included in the clerical fees either.
CAPPS, NAPPS, and other legal service
companies should tell us to create a POS if you want our office to do so,
MOST legal service companies do it themselves and then forward it to us for
signature. There is no extra charge for Aboingo Services to provide
the POS.
