Our
Story
In dedication
to the exhausted attorney that just can't do everything, to
the individual who is not going to be taken advantage of and
the business that demands that they get paid for their
services & products. We shall not be taken advantage
of!
We opened our
doors on January 1st, 2002. We experienced steady
growth throughout the first year of business and continued
to grow in 2003, more than doubling our sales from 2002.
2004 was another great year. We pushed the limits with
over a 250% increase in sales. From there we have
simply grown and grown. Since 2004 we have moved 4
times, each time we moved, it's because we have outgrown our
office.
As always we focus on
reliability, accountability and great customer service.
Throughout the years we created a reputation in our local market
for the ONLY Legal Service's Firm to use. Our
company's goal is to become a solution provider for all.
By concentrating on our clients needs we have been able to
structure our business to accommodate any situation. We are trusted, reliable,
and accountable, period. That is how we do business.
The founders, Garret and
Jennifer Brown have spent countless hours and sleepless
nights supporting Attorneys and other Legal Service Firm.
With their dedication, Aboingo Services has been built into
a highly reputable business in a very
competitive industry. One reason and contributing factor
to our success is our name. We often receive questions
about our name like; What does it mean? Does it
have anything to do with the musical group Oingo Boingo?
All we can say is that the name was meant to be
memorable, catchy, and be at the top of marketing lists.
Unfortunately alphabetical order still means something out
of grade school. We are always looking for fresh ideas
and intelligent people to work with, give us a call for
employment opportunities, business propositions.

about N.A.P.P.S.:
From the www.napps.org:
Association Overview:
The National Association of Professional Process Servers
(NAPPS) was founded in 1982 by a group of concerned business
owners. This group met in Las Vegas in October of 1982 to
form a nationwide organization to fight proposed federal
legislation adverse to the process serving industry.
Subsequently, in April 1983, NAPPS held its First Annual
Conference in Denver, Colorado. At this conference officers
were elected and various committees were formed.
Membership has grown from that first meeting in Las Vegas to
over 1,600, with members in all 50 states and the District
of Columbia; seven Canadian provinces, Puerto Rico, Mexico,
England, Scotland, Belgium, US Virgin Islands, Australia,
New Zealand, Trinidad & Tobago, Ireland and Israel.
Membership in NAPPS is based on an individual basis allowing
members to be screened adequately ensuring that they have
not been convicted of any felonies and that they adhere to
the high ethical standards on which NAPPS prides itself.
Our database of Process Servers is a collection of the most
outstanding individuals in the industry and is used as a
reference guide by numerous law firms and individuals
seeking to have legal documents served. We upload the
information from our database onto the website at least once
a day, making current information available to the entire
world and our members. In addition to this technological
advancement, the NAPPS Membership Directory is also
published twice a year for distribution to NAPPS members.
The directory includes forms and rules of civil procedure in
each U.S. state for member convenience and is followed by a
monthly supplement that informs current members of new
members for the month, as well as new applicants.
Other important facts about NAPPS are that we produce the
only national publication devoted to news about the process
service industry, we constantly survey the market for
insurance carriers who will provide members with errors and
omissions coverage at reasonable prices and we have an

How
did we come up with that name?
We get this question about
once a week. So here is your official answer.
Most advertising in this business is done by lists and
directories, naturally we wanted to be the first name on the
list. We wanted to accomplish this without resorting
to the same monotonous names, like AAA, American..., AA, All
American..., etc... So we decided that it needed to
start with an "A" and then the next letter should be an A, B
or C. We did not want be be called Aardvark Legal or
ABC Attorney Services... so we decided to go with Aboingo,
it's catchy, memorable and it has worked well. We did
not intend the name to be similar to the musical talent
Oingo Boingo. So there you go.
